The 2026 World Cup will be held from June 11th to July 19th in the United States, Canada and Mexico. The tournament will feature 48 national teams and will be played in 16 modern stadiums.

12:10 BST - England star Harry Kane had to rescue the Three Lions in their win over DR Congo, netting twice in the dying stages of the match. The striker was pleased with his own and the team's performance.
"From an attacking point of view, it's the best performance so far. We are in the part of the tournament where we have to grind wins out," said Kane.
"I just told the boys to enjoy it. Sometimes as an England player, you don't celebrate how you should. The same as every other nation, we're through - enjoy it."
